📋 Description

• Manage incoming calls and nurture warm leads

• Provide consultations to customers regarding their insurance requirements

• Align customers with the right coverages, products, and benefits

• Transform sales leads into policyholders

• Serve as a representative of the Liberty Mutual brand

• Link customers to products tailored to their specific needs

• Complete compensated remote training and obtain a Property and Casualty Insurance license as necessary

• Adhere to assigned schedules, working 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day

• Operate in a remote setting using company-issued computer equipment

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales/service roles required

• Preferred 2–3 years of sales experience

• Excellent interpersonal and persuasion abilities

• Strong communication skills with prospects and customers

• Outstanding analytical, decision-making, and organizational capabilities

• Proficient typing skills and computer literacy

• Property and Casualty Insurance license must be obtained post-hire

• Candidates must reside in one of the designated eligible states

• Availability for 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day is required

• Must maintain a professional workspace/room with a dedicated desk

• High-speed wired internet connection with a minimum of 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload speeds is essential

• Satellite and mobile internet services are not accepted

• Candidates must stay in their resident state for at least one year before considering relocation
