Inside Sales Representative

📋 Description

• Manage incoming calls and engage with warm leads

• Advise customers regarding their insurance requirements

• Align customers with suitable coverages, products, and benefits

• Transform sales leads into policyholders

• Advocate for the Liberty Mutual brand

• Connect clients with products tailored to their specific needs

• Deliver high-quality products and services to customers

• Complete paid training and obtain necessary licensing

• Work remotely from home while accommodating schedules and the needs of policyholders

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or service-related roles is required

• 2–3 years of preferred sales experience

• Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills essential for closing sales

• Effective communication skills for interacting with both prospects and customers

• Outstanding analytical, decision-making, and organizational abilities

• Proficient typing skills and familiarity with PC operations

• A Property and Casualty Insurance license is required post-hire

• Must reside in an eligible designated location

• Availability to work 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day is necessary

• A professional workspace with a dedicated desk is required

• A wired cable, fiber, or DSL high-speed internet connection is mandatory

• Minimum internet speeds of 100 Mbps for download and 20 Mbps for upload are required

• Satellite and mobile internet services are not permitted
