• Manage incoming calls and engage with warm leads

• Advise customers regarding their insurance requirements

• Align customers with suitable coverages, products, and advantages

• Transform sales leads into policyholders

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or service-related roles required

• 2–3 years of sales experience preferred

• Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills essential for closing sales

• Effective communication abilities with both prospects and customers

• Exceptional analytical, decision-making, and organizational competencies

• Proficient typing skills and computer literacy

• Property and Casualty Insurance license must be obtained after hiring

• Must reside in one of the designated eligible states

• Required to remain in the resident state for a minimum of one year before moving

• Availability to work 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day

• Must have a professional workspace with a dedicated desk

• Wired high-speed internet connection with at least 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload speeds is necessary

• Satellite and mobile internet services are not acceptable
