Inside Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +34 more states.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming calls and engage with warm leads

• Advise customers on their insurance requirements

• Align customers with suitable coverages, products, and benefits

• Transform sales leads into policyholders

• Uphold the Liberty Mutual brand image

• Link customers with appropriate insurance solutions

• Commence paid remote training from the first day

• Complete 16 weeks of training for licensed hires or 18 weeks for those without a license

• Adhere to scheduled shifts of 11:30 AM–8:00 PM EST, 12:30 PM–9:00 PM EST, or 1:30 PM–10:00 PM EST

• Fulfill department work-at-home criteria

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or service-related roles required

• Preferred 2–3 years of experience in sales

• Strong interpersonal and persuasive abilities to close sales

• Effective communication skills with prospects and customers

• Exceptional analytical, decision-making, and organizational capabilities

• Proficient typing skills and computer literacy

• Property and Casualty Insurance license must be obtained post-hire

• Residency in one of the designated eligible states is required

• Must remain in the resident state for at least one year before relocating

• Availability to work 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day

• Maintain a professional workspace with a dedicated desk

• Wired high-speed internet connection with at least 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload speeds

• Satellite and mobile internet services are not accepted
