Inside Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +34 more states.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming calls and engage with warm leads.

• Advise customers on their insurance requirements.

• Align customers with the right coverages, products, and benefits.

• Transform sales leads into policyholders.

• Represent the Liberty Mutual brand and connect clients with suitable offerings.

• Complete paid remote training and obtain insurance licensing.

• Collaborate with policyholders who have diverse schedules and needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or service-related roles is required.

• Preference for candidates with 2 to 3 years of sales experience.

• Exceptional interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.

• Proficient in engaging with prospects and customers effectively.

• Outstanding analytical, decision-making, and organizational abilities.

• Strong typing skills and proficiency in PC usage.

• A Property and Casualty Insurance license is required; training will be provided if not currently licensed.

• Candidates must reside in one of the designated eligible states.

• Availability to work 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day is necessary.

• Must maintain a professional workspace or room with a dedicated desk.

• A wired high-speed internet connection is required: minimum of 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload.

• Satellite and mobile internet services are not supported.
