This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.
• Develop and nurture robust customer relationships in collaboration with the field sales team, focusing on customer procurement and planning personnel.
• Deliver proactive back-office assistance to Sales and FAE teams for designated accounts, which includes reviewing Design Registrations, handling pricing/quote requests, and managing process documentation.
• Interact directly with end customers regarding orders, IP/Tools licensing, and design-related questions, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
• Oversee escalation or exception requests concerning customer orders made through distributors, working in conjunction with the centralized Sales Service team.
• Facilitate sample requests and new product introduction (NPI) support among field sales, Product Marketing, and Operations.
• Gather, input, and analyze demand signals from customers and distributors to prepare unified sales forecasts.
• Maintain precise design registration for DDC and opportunity data in the CRM system.
• Ensure the correct distributor margin is applied for each opportunity.
• Work collaboratively across functions with Business Management, Business Operations, and Legal on contracts, special agreements, pricing, and compliance initiatives.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Business or a related field.
• More than 3 years of experience in sales support, inside sales, or sales operations, preferably in the semiconductor, electronics, or high-tech industries.
• Knowledge of high-touch technical sales and distribution models.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of adjusting messaging for diverse audiences.
• Proven capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
• Demonstrated business acumen and a customer-centric approach.
• Proficient in multitasking and effectively managing changing priorities.
• Expertise in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), Excel, and ERP tools.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on processes.
• Fluent in English (both spoken and written), as well as the local language of the assigned customer region.
• Knowledge of the FPGA sales process is advantageous.
