This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of and oversee a portfolio of small to mid-sized accounts.
• Act as the main point of contact for all commercial interactions.
• Handle the complete sales cycle from qualification to closing.
• Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing within established guidelines, and finalize transactions from start to finish.
• Identify and implement cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
• Maintain a regular schedule of customer interactions and proactively manage account health.
• Contribute to account planning and growth strategies.
• Ensure a seamless transition to Customer Service for order execution and fulfillment.
• Generate and qualify new logo opportunities.
• Conduct inbound and outbound prospecting through MQLs, web leads, trade shows, campaigns, cold outreach, call blocks, email sequences, and reactivation of dormant accounts.
• Research potential clients, create target account lists, and execute multi-step prospecting strategies.
• Assess leads based on fit, need, and revenue potential.
• Enter and manage opportunities in the CRM and advance them through the initial sales stages.
• Escalate high-value or complex opportunities to the Field Sales team.
• Maintain precise pipeline data in the CRM.
• Manage a balanced pipeline that includes both account expansion and new logo opportunities.
• Conduct structured calls, emails, and meetings to encourage pipeline progression.
• Comply with pricing, compliance, and governance standards.
• Collaborate with Field Sales, Customer Service, Pricing, and Operations teams.
• Share customer insights with the Marketing and Product teams.
• Address service or quality issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Perform other assigned responsibilities.
• Typically holds a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent).
• Usually requires 4-8 years of relevant experience.
• Skilled in using CRM for pipeline management, forecasting, and account oversight.
• Strong commercial acumen with proven capabilities in pricing and negotiation.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with an executive presence.
• Ability to analyze data to derive insights and formulate action plans.
• Collaborative working style with cross-functional teams including Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Quality.
• Well-organized and disciplined, capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong prospecting and lead qualification abilities with consistent follow-through.
