This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and implement a strategic territory plan focused on new sales, renewals, and services for designated small accounts.
• Develop and oversee a sales pipeline by assessing customer needs, tracking district initiatives, and effectively positioning products and services.
• Achieve or surpass sales quotas, pipeline development objectives, and customer engagement standards.
• Monitor performance, enhance sales strategies, and keep precise territory forecasts using data analytics.
• Observe competitive activities and compile market intelligence.
• Handle inbound and outbound leads with prompt follow-up.
• Facilitate virtual discovery meetings to identify sales opportunities.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with district-level decision-makers.
• Present sales pitches and showcase understanding of educational programs and pedagogical methodologies.
• Cultivate stakeholder relationships through virtual interactions, online district and regional events, implementation support, and valuable insights.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to aid in product and service implementations.
• Relay account trends and actionable insights to the Sales Manager.
• A minimum of 1 year of sales experience in the education sector with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets; or over 3 years of classroom teaching experience demonstrating the ability to influence decisions, communicate value, and achieve outcomes aligned with sales objectives.
• Familiarity with curriculum and pedagogy, along with the capability to effectively articulate the value of educational solutions in a remote context.
• Proficient in using CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot to monitor progress and drive results.
• Experience in collaborating remotely with cross-functional teams to support significant opportunities.
• Strong aptitude for establishing and maintaining enduring relationships with customers in a virtual setting, ensuring satisfaction and renewals.
• Outstanding time management skills with the ability to work autonomously while remaining organized and accountable in a remote work environment.
• Bachelor's degree.
