📋 Description

• Lead, train, and inspire the sales team.

• Facilitate alignment meetings, offer constructive feedback, and track both individual and team performance.

• Oversee key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales region.

• Ensure that sales targets are achieved and suggest corrective action plans as needed.

• Supervise and guarantee the implementation of the commercial strategy set by management or the board.

• Engage in the planning of campaigns, promotions, and sales initiatives.

• Assist the team in strategic negotiations and managing significant opportunities.

• Address conflicts and focus on client retention when necessary.

• Ensure accurate usage of the CRM system and continuous information updates.

• Ensure adherence to established commercial processes.

• Compile performance and productivity reports for management and the board.

• Evaluate sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth potential.

• Maintain ongoing communication with marketing, customer success, product, and finance teams.

• Contribute to the alignment of commercial strategies with other areas of the company.
