This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Promote and sell products from the Medical Surgical portfolio using phone, email, and virtual engagements to meet sales targets.
• Establish and nurture relationships with clinicians, supply chain stakeholders, and various customer contacts within designated accounts.
• Identify, assess, and advance sales prospects through proactive outreach, account management, and territory planning.
• Articulate product features, clinical advantages, and value propositions to both clinical and economic decision-makers.
• Assist in customer education, product demonstrations, and implementation efforts alongside field sales and clinical teams.
• Ensure accurate tracking of customer interactions, activities, and sales opportunities in Salesforce.com and other business systems.
• Analyze data related to accounts and territories to prioritize tasks, identify growth opportunities, and aid in business planning.
• Collaborate with Account Managers, Clinical Specialists, Regional Managers, and Directors to achieve territory goals and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide support to customers across the United States.
• High School Diploma or equivalent with over 4 years of experience in sales, business development, customer-facing roles, or related fields, OR an Associate's Degree with 2+ years of relevant experience, OR a Bachelor's Degree.
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S. is required upon hiring and throughout employment; sponsorship is not available for this position.
• Preferred: At least 1 year of experience in healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, or business-to-business sales.
• Preferred: Experience in engaging with customers or selling products via phone, email, or virtual platforms.
• Preferred: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Preferred: Experience in managing customer information, sales activities, or opportunity tracking in a CRM or similar system.
• Preferred: Familiarity with Salesforce.com, SAP, Tableau, or comparable business applications.
• Preferred: Knowledge of hospital, ambulatory surgery center, physician office, or alternate site healthcare environments.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business, Biological Sciences, or a related discipline.
• For degrees obtained outside the U.S., a degree meeting the criteria of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is necessary.
