This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Execute high-volume outbound cold calls to roofing and real estate investment firms across the nation.
• Identify, qualify, and cultivate new business prospects through outbound calling efforts.
• Offer pay-per-lead marketing services utilizing a consultative sales methodology.
• Oversee the complete sales cycle from initial prospecting and discovery to presentation, negotiation, and closing.
• Quickly establish rapport and discern prospects' lead generation requirements and business goals.
• Effectively articulate the benefits of qualified leads and demonstrate how the service can aid prospects in expanding their businesses.
• Address objections and negotiate mutually beneficial solutions.
• Request the sale and secure new accounts.
• Organize and manage a structured sales pipeline within the CRM.
• Utilize Go High Level (GoHighLevel) to monitor activities, manage follow-ups, and nurture prospects.
• Consistently follow up with prospects and opportunities throughout the sales process.
• Achieve and surpass daily activity metrics, weekly sales objectives, and monthly revenue goals.
• Collaborate with leadership to enhance sales strategies and improve the customer experience.
• Maintain precise notes, reporting, and pipeline management while representing the company in a professional manner.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, ideally in the REI and/or roofing sector.
• Proven track record of executing high-volume outbound cold calls successfully.
• Demonstrated capability to manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
• Strong closing abilities with a confidence in handling objections and requesting the sale.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, results-oriented sales environment.
• Experience with CRM systems is essential; familiarity with Go High Level (GoHighLevel) is highly preferred.
• Highly self-driven with robust organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously while consistently achieving activity and sales targets.
