This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Drive sales across all modalities for Lab Diagnostic assays and devices.
• Manage a designated sales territory and strategize its development to meet sales targets.
• Plan, oversee, and execute the Siemens CRM process.
• Conduct customer calls to finalize business deals.
• Complete administrative tasks that support Siemens business objectives and departmental initiatives.
• Achieve business goals for the assigned territory, including account penetration with products, solutions, and service offerings.
• Guide the development and execution of strategic account plans.
• Develop, build, and nurture long-term relationships with customers and field sales teams.
• Assist management in formulating sales plans and forecasts.
• Lead territory team reviews and updates regarding market, customer, and competitive conditions.
• Create and present customized customer presentations based on clinical, operational, and financial requirements.
• Gather and distribute competitive information to enhance market strategies.
• Monitor and increase market share while adhering to profitability guidelines.
• BS/BA in a related field or advanced degree, where applicable, or a relevant combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of experience in healthcare equipment sales or equivalent sales experience.
• Proven ability to sell in complex environments.
• Experience managing large quotas with a track record of meeting and exceeding those targets.
• Familiarity with sales quotas and forecasting.
• Successful history of achieving and surpassing sales goals.
• 2+ years in a sales role; experience in the healthcare sector is preferred.
• Professional sales training in SPIN Selling, Strategic Selling, Professional Selling Skills, Miller-Heiman, or COF is ideal.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.
• Full access to Siemens Healthineers' client sites.
• Must comply with applicable Vendor Credentialing requirements, which may involve valid ID, criminal background checks, drug screenings, immunizations, annual TB testing, and healthcare training.
