Inside Sales Coordinator – Level II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +45 more states.

📋 Description

• Provide assistance to the customer-facing sales team throughout the lead-to-close sales process.

• Address incoming electronic inquiries and customer phone calls, involving a more seasoned Inside Sales Coordinator when necessary.

• Gather technical data, customer presentations, lead times, and other relevant information to create budgetary quotes for straightforward jobs.

• Organize customer visits and events, aiding in their preparation and execution.

• Receive and process orders, along with issuing order acknowledgments, invoices, and shipping notices for uncomplicated jobs.

• Compile and relay information regarding order status, inventory levels, and other pertinent details to the customer-facing sales team.

• Aid in resolving customer concerns, including issues related to shipments and after-sales support.

• Collect, analyze, and report on inventory and stock levels.

• Provide support to branch staff in selling products to retail customers.

• Assist with Planned Maintenance Residual sales efforts through customer interaction, quote creation, follow-up coordination, and collaboration with internal teams.

• Maintain records of customer account activities and contribute to achieving sales and service goals.

• High school diploma or completion certificate of secondary education, or equivalent experience that satisfies applicable regulations.

• Some prior work experience is required.

• Intermediate-level knowledge acquired through training or on-the-job experience.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Exceptional organizational skills.

• Ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Licensing may be necessary to comply with export controls or sanctions regulations.
