Inside Sales Consultant – Aesthetics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Initiate outbound calls to warm leads generated by the company.

• Perform virtual consultations via phone or video conferencing.

• Develop customized treatment plans for clients.

• Provide education to clients regarding laser hair removal, skin treatments, injectables, and various LaserAway services.

• Offer financing options and finalize sales.

• Work collaboratively with location directors and patient care teams to ensure smooth client transitions.

• Cultivate a loyal clientele.

• Receive commission for each treatment plan sold.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in consultative or commission-driven sales.

• Background in insurance, medical aesthetics, beauty, or luxury retail sales.

• Comfortable managing a high volume of calls.

• Proven ability to meet weekly and monthly sales targets.

• Self-driven with the capability to manage personal sales pipeline.

• Strong interest in aesthetics, wellness, or beauty.

• Availability for some evening and weekend shifts.

• Remote position; candidates from the West Coast are preferred.
