Inside Sales Consultant – Aesthetics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Initiate outbound calls to warm leads generated by the company

• Perform virtual consultations via phone or video

• Develop customized treatment plans

• Inform clients about laser hair removal, skin treatments, injectables, and other services offered by LaserAway

• Present financing options and successfully close deals

• Collaborate with location directors and patient care teams to ensure smooth client transitions

• Cultivate a loyal client base

• Receive commission for each treatment plan sold

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years in consultative or commission-based sales

• Background in insurance, medical aesthetics, beauty, or luxury retail sales

• Comfortable handling high call volumes and achieving weekly/monthly targets

• Self-driven and capable of managing your own sales pipeline

• Enthusiastic about aesthetics, wellness, or beauty

• Availability for some evenings and weekends

• Ability to work remotely
