Inside Sales Consultant – Aesthetics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Conduct outbound calls to warm leads generated by the company.

• Facilitate virtual consultations through phone or video.

• Develop customized treatment plans for clients.

• Inform clients about LaserAway's offerings, which include laser hair removal, skin treatments, and injectables.

• Offer financing options and successfully close sales.

• Work in partnership with location directors and patient care teams to ensure smooth client transitions.

• Cultivate a loyal client base and earn commissions on sold treatment plans.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in consultative or commission-driven sales.

• Background in insurance, medical aesthetics, beauty, or luxury retail sales.

• Comfortable managing a high volume of calls and achieving weekly/monthly targets.

• Self-driven with the ability to maintain an organized pipeline.

• Enthusiastic about aesthetics, wellness, or beauty.

• Flexible availability for some evenings and weekends to accommodate client schedules.
