Inside Sales Consultant – Aesthetics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.

📋 Description

• Conduct outbound calls to warm leads generated by the company; no cold calling involved.

• Facilitate virtual consultations through phone or video, crafting tailored treatment plans.

• Inform clients about LaserAway's offerings, including laser hair removal, skin treatments, injectables, and more.

• Present financing options and effectively close sales.

• Partner with location directors and patient care teams to ensure smooth transitions for clients.

• Develop a loyal client base and earn commissions based on sold treatment plans.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in consultative or commission-driven sales (insurance, medical aesthetics, beauty, luxury retail).

• Comfortable managing a high volume of calls and achieving weekly/monthly sales targets.

• Self-driven and capable of overseeing one's own sales pipeline.

• Enthusiastic about aesthetics, wellness, or beauty.

• Availability for occasional evenings and weekends to accommodate client schedules.

• Remote position (West Coast candidates preferred).
