Inside Sales Consultant – Aesthetics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.

📋 Description

• Conduct outbound calls to warm leads generated by the company; no cold-list dialing required.

• Facilitate virtual consultations through phone or video calls.

• Develop tailored treatment plans for clients.

• Inform clients about LaserAway services, which include laser hair removal, skin treatments, and injectables.

• Offer financing options and finalize sales.

• Work closely with location directors and patient care teams to ensure smooth client transitions.

• Establish a devoted client base.

• Receive commission on each treatment plan sold.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years in consultative or commission-based sales.

• Background in insurance, medical aesthetics, beauty, or luxury retail sales.

• Comfortable managing a high volume of calls.

• Proven ability to meet weekly and monthly sales targets.

• Self-driven with the capability to oversee your own sales pipeline.

• Strong interest in aesthetics, wellness, or beauty.

• Availability for some evening and weekend shifts to accommodate client needs.
