Inside Sales Consultant – Aesthetics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Conduct outbound calls to warm leads generated by the company.

• Facilitate virtual consultations through phone or video, creating tailored treatment plans.

• Inform clients about LaserAway's offerings, such as laser hair removal, skin treatments, and injectables.

• Present financing alternatives and successfully close sales.

• Work in conjunction with location directors and patient care teams to ensure smooth transitions for clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience in consultative or commission-based sales (including insurance, medical aesthetics, beauty, or luxury retail).

• Comfortable managing a high volume of calls and achieving weekly/monthly sales targets.

• Self-driven and capable of overseeing one's own sales pipeline.

• Enthusiastic about aesthetics, wellness, or beauty.

• Must be available for occasional evenings and weekends to accommodate client schedules.
