Inside Sales Consultant – Aesthetics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Place outbound calls to warm leads generated by the company.

• Conduct virtual consultations via phone or video.

• Develop customized treatment plans for clients.

• Inform clients about LaserAway's offerings, including laser hair removal, skin treatments, and injectables.

• Present financing options and successfully close deals.

• Collaborate with location directors and patient care teams to ensure smooth client transitions.

• Cultivate a loyal client base.

• Earn commission on each treatment plan sold.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in consultative or commission-driven sales, including experience in insurance, medical aesthetics, beauty, or luxury retail.

• Comfortable managing a high volume of calls and achieving weekly/monthly targets.

• Self-driven and capable of overseeing your own sales pipeline.

• A strong passion for aesthetics, wellness, or beauty.

• Availability for some evenings and weekends to accommodate client needs.
