Inside Sales Consultant – Aesthetics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Conduct outbound calls to warm leads generated by the company.

• Facilitate virtual consultations through phone or video conferencing.

• Create customized treatment plans for clients.

• Provide information to clients about LaserAway’s services, which include laser hair removal, skin treatments, and injectables.

• Discuss financing options and successfully close sales.

• Work collaboratively with location directors and patient care teams to ensure smooth transitions for clients.

• Develop a loyal client base and earn commissions on sold treatment plans.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in consultative or commission-based sales, such as insurance, medical aesthetics, beauty, or luxury retail.

• Ability to handle a high volume of calls and meet weekly/monthly sales targets.

• Self-driven with the capability to manage your own sales pipeline.

• A strong passion for aesthetics, wellness, or beauty.

• Availability for some evenings and weekends to accommodate client schedules.
