Inside Sales Consultant, Aesthetics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Conduct outbound calls to warm leads generated by the company; no cold calling required.

• Facilitate virtual consultations through phone or video conferencing.

• Develop customized treatment plans for clients.

• Inform clients about LaserAway's offerings, which include laser hair removal, skin treatments, and injectables.

• Present financing options and successfully close sales.

• Work in collaboration with location directors and patient care teams to ensure smooth transitions for clients.

• Cultivate a loyal client base.

• Earn commission for each treatment plan sold.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in consultative or commission-based sales (insurance, medical aesthetics, beauty, luxury retail).

• Comfortable handling a high volume of calls and achieving weekly/monthly targets.

• Self-driven and capable of managing your own sales pipeline.

• Enthusiastic about aesthetics, wellness, or beauty.

• Available to work some evenings and weekends to accommodate client needs.
