Inside Sales Closer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage with warm inbound leads via phone originating from web forms, Facebook lead forms, and quote inquiries.

• Provide quotes to homeowners, address trust-related concerns, and enroll customers in recurring cleaning services during the call.

• Manage approximately 150 qualified leads each month.

• Focus on prioritizing the most promising leads.

• Follow up with unresponsive leads through voicemail and text messages.

• Suggest suitable services and promote weekly or biweekly recurring services when appropriate.

• Gather payment information and schedule the initial cleaning appointment.

• Revisit recent lukewarm leads that have not converted.

• Document conversations in GoHighLevel.

• Schedule customers in Maid Central.

• Keep the scheduling team updated on calendar availability.

• Utilize approved discounts, free cleaning promotions, and seasonal offers to finalize sales without overselling.

• Report to the Regional Manager, with close involvement from the founder during the initial months.

• Operate within East Coast business hours.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven inside-sales closer with a successful track record in phone-based B2C one-call closes.

• Experience in home services is advantageous, though not mandatory.

• Must be based in the United States.

• Clear and confident spoken English that resonates with North Carolina homeowners.

• Capability to provide and demonstrate personal closing rates.

• Self-motivated and able to manage oneself effectively.

• Results-oriented, professional, and a collaborative team player.

• Ethical sales approach required.

• Ability to undergo recruiting-firm vetting, including verified contact numbers, reference checks, and a mock call.

• Uncapped commission on every recurring customer you sign up.

• Weekly commission for recurring customers: $200.

• Biweekly commission for recurring customers: $100.

• Commission for every four weeks recurring customer: $50.

• Initial Cleaning bonus: +$25.

• Basic Cleaning bonus: +$15.

• $50 bonus for each recurring customer still active after 90 days.

• Base salary paid weekly.
