This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
• Acquire new clients in the allied healthcare sector interested in temporary assignments.
• Reach out to, cultivate relationships with, and follow up with both prospective and existing allied healthcare clients.
• Utilize cold calling and marketing channels such as the Internet, professional journals, referrals, and other sources of leads.
• Engage with new and current clients to solicit business.
• Address client inquiries concerning allied services.
• Maintain and refresh the client database and job profiles.
• Negotiate contract terms and agreements.
• Reassign providers based on the mutual agreement between the provider and the client.
• Aid in the formulation of marketing strategies.
• Ensure the effective execution of contracts.
• Facilitate interviews between clients and providers.
• Convey client needs and requirements to Recruiters and Provider Representatives.
• Maintain appropriate client communication to ensure that the needs of the provider and CompHealth are met while proactively addressing any issues.
• Document job specifics and client conversations in the FOX system.
• Achieve the activity and production targets established by management.
• Ensure the completion of Quality Improvement (QI) information.
• A minimum of one year of experience in direct sales of professional products or services.
• Proven track record of successfully influencing mid to high-level decision-makers for the contracting of professional business services or products.
• Proficient in managing information using a large-scale database system.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills at a professional level.
• Strong negotiation abilities.
• Good customer service skills.
• Outstanding prioritization and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to comprehend professional-level service needs, client practices, and traveler credentials.
• Competence in understanding and interpreting financial data.
• Conceptually and mathematically adept at calculating and understanding profit margins.
• Persuasive and influential in both verbal and written communication.
• Capable of setting and achieving work goals independently.
• Effective time management skills.
• Ability to align personal efforts with team objectives and processes.
• Proficient in managing multiple details in an organized and efficient manner.
• College-level education or equivalent work experience is preferred.
• Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
• Experience in selling professional services is preferred.
