Inside Sales Associate – Insurance Tech Startup

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +8 more states.

📋 Description

• Provide exceptional care to customers while identifying coverage shortfalls, applicable discounts, and renewal adjustments.

• Respond to incoming calls from clients seeking auto, home, motorcycle, and various other insurance policies.

• Assist policyholders in making necessary changes to their policies.

• Acquire knowledge of and recommend suitable products from a diverse range of insurance providers.

• Gain comprehensive understanding of the Jerry app.

• Address challenges and eliminate obstacles to secure appropriate coverage.

• Handle service requests related to vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documentation.

• Offer product insights and contribute to enhancing the overall customer experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is advantageous but not mandatory.

• A genuinely friendly and positive demeanor with a commitment to teamwork.

• Strong work ethic.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities.

• Effective communication skills.

• Must currently reside in an eligible location: AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. for employment based in the U.S.

• A P&C insurance license is not initially required; Jerry.ai will cover the cost of obtaining one if necessary.
