Inside Sales Associate – Insurance Tech Startup

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +8 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional customer service by identifying coverage gaps, relevant discounts, and renewal rate increases.

• Handle incoming calls from customers seeking auto, home, motorcycle, and various other insurance policies.

• Support policyholders in making modifications to their existing policies.

• Familiarize yourself with the insurance product offerings and the Jerry app.

• Connect customers with suitable insurance providers and coverage options.

• Resolve issues to eliminate obstacles to obtaining the appropriate coverage.

• Manage service requests related to vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documentation.

• Offer product insights and contribute to enhancing the overall product experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is advantageous, though not mandatory.

• A genuinely friendly and positive demeanor.

• A willingness to collaborate effectively within a team environment.

• A strong work ethic.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities.

• Strong communication skills.

• Must currently live in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia for full-time hourly positions.

• Must possess legal authorization to work in the U.S.

• Must hold a valid Property & Casualty license or be open to obtaining one with company assistance.
