Inside Sales Associate, Bilingual Spanish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Engage with 200–300 cold prospects daily through phone calls using an autodialer.

• Handle incoming calls via an automated dialing system.

• Perform outbound follow-up calls to nurture warm potential clients.

• Spark interest among business owners and assess their business needs.

• Collect information to identify appropriately sized solutions for clients.

• Achieve and surpass weekly and monthly performance metrics and objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in inside sales, phone sales, cold calling, or SaaS.

• At least 1 year of experience working remotely and/or in a home office setting.

• Preferred: 1 year of SEO experience and/or familiarity with Google Ads.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.

• Technologically adept with virtual communication platforms and G Suite.

• Experience with Vicidial, Paylocity, Zoiper (or similar tools), and VPN is preferred.

• Strong communication and organizational capabilities.

• Ability to establish rapport with small to medium-sized service-oriented business owners.

• Competent computer skills and effective multitasking abilities.

• An Ethernet connection from the computer to the modem is essential.

• Must have reliable power supply and high-speed internet access.

• Capable of swiftly multitasking across multiple tabs.

• Familiarity with using hotkeys and shortcuts.

• Required: Workstation equipped with a Windows-based PC, headset, keyboard, and mouse.

• Candidates must be at least 18 years old.
