Inside Sales Associate, Bilingual Spanish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Make outbound cold calls and send emails to potential leads.

• Address customer inquiries through phone, email, and live chat channels.

• Conduct research to qualify new leads and keep an organized lead database.

• Deliver outstanding customer service and support to both prospective and current customers.

• Stay informed about product lines, features, and availability.

• Assist with various administrative tasks and data entry responsibilities.

• Provide support to the sales team with various tasks as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in Spanish (mandatory).

• At least 2 years of customer service experience (preferred).

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or cold calling (preferred, but not mandatory).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Familiarity with Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel (beneficial).

• Capability to work autonomously and effectively manage time.

• Typing speed of no less than 40 words per minute (mandatory).
