📋 Description

• Handle incoming customer inquiries through both phone and email channels.

• Assess customer requirements and offer suitable or alternative product options.

• Inform prospective clients about insurance choices, provide estimates, and finalize sales.

• Keep comprehensive knowledge of products and services, including updates on new offerings and policy modifications.

• Accurately input customer information and conduct research on customer data.

• Resolve customer issues, show understanding, and guide customers towards making commitments.

• Utilize AI, machine learning, data analytics, and cloud-based technologies responsibly, adhering to data governance, security, and ethical-use protocols.

⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Six (6) to twelve (12) months of experience in a customer service setting; previous success in a sales-driven environment is preferred but not mandatory.

• Excellent customer service abilities with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.

• Dedication to ensuring customer contentment.

• Must be a resident of Virginia, Florida, Maryland, Georgia, or Texas.

• Must be eligible to acquire a license to sell travel insurance in all 50 states.

• Limited lines license to be obtained after hiring, which requires background checks but no testing.

• Must be available for morning, afternoon, or evening shifts with start times ranging from 8am to 3:30pm Eastern time.
