This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +5 more locations.
• Engage virtually with customers to comprehend their requirements.
• Advise customers on solutions available within the Canine and Feline product lines.
• Collaborate with veterinary clinics, shelter facilities, and corporate accounts in the designated territory.
• Market Animal Health division products and support related activities.
• Act as the primary liaison for assigned customers and engage with key decision-makers.
• Formulate customer strategies, territory plans, and key account strategies.
• Collaborate with National Account Managers, the Corporate Account Team, and Distribution Partners.
• Work with species-specific teams to advocate for the complete Animal Health product range.
• Evaluate monthly sales performance and manage expenses in accordance with budget guidelines.
• Identify programs and services to meet customer needs and provide necessary education and training.
• Partner with leadership and Professional Services to develop and deliver relevant offerings.
• Stay updated on products, industry trends, competitors, and omni-channel demand generation tools.
• Relay customer, industry, product, and market trends throughout the organization.
• Fulfill learning and development goals established with leadership.
• A high school diploma is mandatory.
• Sales experience and/or background in the Animal Health sector is preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Strong motivation and focus on achieving quantifiable, concrete results.
• A commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
• Capability to independently understand the changing needs and expectations of customers.
• Effective application of sales techniques while managing multiple customers/accounts.
• Ability to independently identify, cultivate, and manage diverse accounts within a territory.
• Proficiency in computer applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and iPad usage.
• Capability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel for sales meetings, training sessions, and other business requirements.
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Experience in selling animal health products is advantageous.
• Familiarity with animal health biological and pharmaceutical products.
• Understanding or previous experience with distribution practices.
• Multilingual proficiency is preferred, especially in Spanish.
• Visa sponsorship is not available.
• Candidates must reside in the United States or Puerto Rico.
• A valid driving license is not a requirement.
