This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous sales experience is highly desirable.

• Ability to obtain and retain Property & Casualty / Personal Lines and Life Insurance licenses during paid training; this is not a prerequisite before hiring.

• Proficient computer skills.

• Strong organizational skills.

• High school diploma is mandatory.

• A college degree is preferred.

• Capability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms.

• Skilled in sourcing and developing leads through networking and prospecting.

• Proven ability to meet and exceed monthly sales objectives.

• Competence in delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring client retention.
