Inside Sales Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Manage the majority of sales administrative tasks, encompassing invoicing, event coordination, and FAM facilitation.

• Offer daily sales assistance via phone and email communication.

• Maintain and update agency and consortia commission structures.

• Supervise the TRIP point program.

• Provide support across all A|T Collective brands.

• Deliver administrative assistance to nationwide BDMs and ensure the availability of essential supplies for field events.

• Organize and manage HQ-level events, including Roadshows and Top Producer trips.

• Respond to incoming calls and emails from travel agents, screen calls for BDMs, assist with travel agent inquiries, and resolve issues.

• Process changes to agency and consortia in relevant systems.

• Adjust commissions in Atlas as instructed by the Staff VP of Sales.

• Allocate Bonus TRIP points and generate sales reports.

• Oversee FAMs by coordinating collateral, participant names, room assignments, attendees, agencies, and clubs.

• Facilitate invoicing and payments related to HQ-organized sales events, FAMs, and Top Producer events.

• Demonstrated experience in sales training or a similar area.

• Comprehensive understanding of sales processes and techniques.

• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.

• Capacity to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Proficiency in utilizing training software and tools.

• Strong organizational and project management capabilities.

• Experience in the travel or hospitality sector is preferred.

• Acquaintance with Pleasant Holidays’ products and services is preferred.

• Ability to tailor training methods to accommodate various learning styles is preferred.
