Inside Sales Account Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Expand an existing portfolio of clients

• Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and influencers

• Oversee a customer portfolio and comprehend their business requirements

• Reach out to customers via phone and email

• Identify new sales opportunities through proactive calling and emailing

• Drive sales by managing projects, tracking open orders, resolving issues, and providing customer support

• Achieve profitable growth by meeting sales quotas

• Offer product pricing utilizing pricing matrices and additional resources

• Create code directives for specific products while ensuring target margins are met

• Conduct estimating, take-off, and proposal tasks as needed

• Address customer order and quotation inquiries through sales representatives, phone, email, written communication, and fax

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED is strongly preferred

• Specialized skills training or certification may be necessary

• Typically requires 2-5 years of experience in the relevant area

• B2B experience and knowledge of CRM systems is advantageous

• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

• Must be able to successfully pass a background and drug screening

• Availability to work the Monday-Friday shift starting at 6am or 6:30am CT

• Generally requires less than 10% overnight travel
