Inside Sales Account Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Expand an existing portfolio of clients

• Cultivate and sustain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers

• Oversee a customer portfolio while comprehending their business requirements

• Reach out to clients via phone and email

• Seek out new sales opportunities through outbound calls and emails

• Drive sales through effective project management, tracking open orders, resolving issues, and providing customer support

• Achieve profitable growth by meeting sales quotas

• Offer product pricing utilizing pricing matrices and other tools

• Create product code directives while adhering to target margin objectives

• Conduct estimating, take-off, and proposal responsibilities as necessary

• Manage responses to customer orders and quotation inquiries

• Escalate complex or atypical issues to a supervisor

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED is strongly preferred

• Typically requires 2-5 years of relevant experience

• B2B experience and familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous

• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

• Must be able to successfully complete a background/drug test

• Availability for a shift starting at 6am/6:30am CT, Monday through Friday

• Specialized skills training or certification may be required

• Generally requires less than 10% overnight travel
