Inside Sales Account Manager – Biotech, French Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Drive sales growth via virtual and digital channels.

• Cultivate strong relationships with clients in academic, biotech, pharmaceutical, clinical, and industrial sectors.

• Promote and sell Thermo Fisher Scientific's range of scientific products and services.

• Utilize consultative selling techniques to identify customer requirements and deliver ideal solutions.

• Create and implement strategic sales plans.

• Oversee customer relationships using the CRM system.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's Degree along with 2 years of sales and/or laboratory/research experience.

• Preferred academic disciplines include Life Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, or a related scientific field.

• Proven track record of achieving or surpassing sales goals and targets.

• Strong skills in consultative selling and relationship development.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficient in CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, and the Microsoft Office suite.

• Ability to acquire and maintain extensive product and technical knowledge.

• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Capable of working effectively both independently and in a team setting.

• Excellent time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.

• Willingness to travel 10-25% for customer engagements and internal events.

• Proficiency in a foreign language may be necessary for specific regions.

• A valid driver's license is required.
