This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Conduct weekly outbound sales calls and proactively communicate with agencies to boost quotes and written premium.
• Engage a substantial number of agencies within a designated state or territory to achieve and surpass annual targets.
• Collaborate with field sales executives to pinpoint sales opportunities and enhance revenue profitability.
• Represent the brand to agents and brokers as an ambassador.
• Develop, guide, direct, and manage relationships with agencies to meet sales quotas and business objectives.
• Set goals and objectives, secure commitments, follow up diligently, overcome objections, and formulate action plans.
• Act as the company representative and liaison between agency personnel and company staff.
• Identify and address issues that hinder profitable growth and impact positive perceptions of both the company and agencies.
• Work in collaboration with field Sales and Product teams to accomplish team objectives and foster agent growth.
• Propel new agency appointments through the established onboarding process.
• Lead and participate in training sessions regarding products and guidelines.
• Manage agency relationships to encourage quote adoption and ensure positive production.
• Take part in strategy and tactical meetings with field Sales partners and Inside Sales leadership.
• Occasionally travel to visit key agency relationships.
• Attend insurance association conventions, seminars, trade shows, and events related to agencies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.
• Previous experience in insurance is highly preferred but not mandatory.
• A college degree is preferred.
• Bilingual capability, especially in Spanish, is a plus.
• Proficient in interpreting statistical data from company reports and developing action plans based on insights.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Acceptable public speaking skills required.
• A flexible and highly motivated self-starter is needed.
• Basic computer operation skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong time management abilities are necessary.
• Occasional field travel and agency visits will be required.
• Ability to work with assigned agencies in a specific state or territory.
• Must achieve sales objectives, goals, and quotas.
