Inside Channel Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee a portfolio of partners to meet sales and profitability objectives by promoting Vonage UCaaS and CPaaS services through resellers and channels.

• Build and maintain effective, professional relationships with key individuals within assigned partner accounts.

• Coordinate communication with partners, encompassing quarterly business reviews (QBRs), product demonstrations and presentations, channel initiatives, marketing programs, sales documentation, product launches, pricing, proposals, and support resources.

• Continuously assess, clarify, and confirm partner requirements.

• Manage the sales pipeline, project monthly sales forecasts, and identify potential new business ventures.

• Spearhead solution development initiatives that address end-user requirements while collaborating with internal and partner teams.

• Remain informed about market trends and competitive activities.

• Identify and recruit new partners.

• Analyze partner sales performance and suggest enhancements.

• Meet established sales quotas.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Experience in telecom, UCaaS, and CPaaS is advantageous.

• Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Excellent sales capabilities, including the ability to prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a talent for fostering robust relationships with partners.
