Inside Channel Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee a portfolio of partners to meet sales and profit objectives by promoting Vonage UCaaS and CPaaS services through resellers and channels.

• Build and maintain productive, professional relationships with key personnel in designated partner accounts.

• Facilitate partner communications, which include quarterly business reviews (QBRs), product demonstrations and presentations, channel activities, marketing initiatives, sales documentation, product launches, quotes, pricing, proposals, and support resources.

• Continuously assess, clarify, and validate partner needs.

• Manage the sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales figures, and identify new business prospects.

• Lead solution development initiatives that address end-user requirements while coordinating efforts with internal teams and partner personnel.

• Keep abreast of market trends and competitor activities.

• Identify and recruit new partners.

• Analyze partner sales performance and suggest enhancements.

• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Experience in telecom, UCaaS, and CPaaS is advantageous.

• Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Excellent sales acumen with the capability to create and deliver effective sales presentations.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to cultivate robust relationships with partners.
