This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Prospect and secure new customers and business within the medium-to-small account segment.
• Develop and implement strategies for targeting, planning, and acquiring new business within the designated territory.
• Negotiate customer business processes with key decision-makers.
• Identify prospects' footwear, PPE, and uniform requirements through discovery.
• Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
• Organize and participate in presentations for potential customers.
• Finalize new acquisitions with effective solutions, pricing, and margin objectives.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals within the specified territory.
• Analyze competitive activities and devise counter-strategies and tactics.
• Share product expertise and insights with clients.
• Regularly update the company CRM with account activities, opportunity size, probability of success, and closure dates.
• Manage prospect information, pipeline, and appointments within the company CRM.
• Collaborate with the Strategic Account Manager for smooth customer transitions on closed business.
• Stay informed about industry trends and engage with customer stakeholders.
• Identify trends and offer market insights and process improvement suggestions to the Team Leader.
• 1–3 years of direct sales experience.
• Prior experience in Inside Sales New Business Acquisition, Account Management, or Account Executive roles.
• Proficient in desktop computer usage and relevant applications.
• Knowledgeable and skilled in CRM, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Some college education or equivalent experience.
• Ability to address customer needs while ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Familiarity with navigating bureaucratic organizations and engaging multiple stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Capable of conveying technical information, addressing inquiries, and professionally recommending Galls solutions.
• Ability to resolve issues under pressure.
• Comprehensive understanding of customer ordering protocols and Galls internal procedures.
• Exceptional organizational and prioritization abilities.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong initiative and follow-through to secure new business opportunities.
• Personal drive for continuous improvement.
• Willingness to maintain an up-to-date GQ record of networking and activities.
• Proficiency in GQ and Zendesk systems.
