Innovation Product Manager

📋 Description

• Deliver customer and application support for initiatives related to the Department of Navy.

• Utilize advanced AI technologies to enhance business processes, system efficiency, and customer results.

• Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and mission users to pinpoint high-value AI prospects.

• Convert operational requirements into actionable system specifications.

• Assess emerging technologies and experiment with workflows driven by generative AI and machine learning.

• Investigate AI/ML, GenAI, data structures, and algorithms.

• Enhance existing AI models and create innovative system functionalities.

• Guarantee adherence to ethical AI standards and data privacy laws.

• Gather, process, and analyze data from multiple sources.

• Discover trends, patterns, and insights employing statistical methodologies.

• Generate charts, graphs, and dashboards.

• Lead a team focused on business and systems analysis.

• Facilitate agile development, testing, prototyping, and operational tasks.

• Analyze and visualize data to foster improvements and automation in the PPBE process.

• Evaluate architectures and propose strategies for modernization.

• Ensure systems and processes comply with financial and IT audit requirements.

• Review and strengthen internal controls.

• Manage, mentor, and provide support to team members.

• Share insights on AI trends, engage in technical discussions, and aid in the adoption of next-generation technologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, engineering, mathematics, business, or a related discipline.

• At least ten (10) years of experience in business process enhancement, business analysis, or technical consulting.

• Familiarity with AWS AI services.

• Comprehensive understanding of AI/ML, generative AI, data pipelines, and intelligent automation.

• Proficient data analytics skills utilizing Tableau, Power BI, or comparable tools.

• Expertise in Agile methodologies, user-centered design, and iterative product development.

• Experience in defining system requirements, analyzing business processes, and crafting functional specifications.

• Capability to assess emerging technologies and propose mission-oriented solutions.

• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Proficient in influencing stakeholders and translating technical concepts.

• Comfortable collaborating with technical, functional, mission users, and leadership.

• Experience directly engaging with government clients.

• Eligibility to obtain an Interim/Secret Clearance.

• Experience with DoD or Federal Agencies (preferred).

• Familiarity with DoD Financial/PPBE data and processes (preferred).

• Security+ Certification (preferred).
