This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Monitoring of applications and services in production environments

• Development of corrective actions and minor enhancements in Java

• Analysis and resolution of functional and technical incidents

• Investigation of issues through log reviews, metrics, and traces

• Monitoring and escalation of critical incidents

• Execution of database queries for analysis and diagnosis

• Identification of root causes and proposal of solutions

• Collaboration with development, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure application stability

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in application support or maintenance of Java systems

• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs

• Ability to analyze logs, metrics, and application traceability

• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools

• Knowledge of SQL queries for analysis and incident diagnosis

• Experience in troubleshooting and problem resolution in production environments

• Experience with Elastic/Kibana, Grafana, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Splunk, Prometheus, or similar tools is a plus

• Knowledge of messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ is advantageous

• Previous experience in N2/N3 support teams is valued

• Understanding of microservices architectures is a plus
