Infrastructure Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Ensure the infrastructure's operational availability, encompassing servers, systems, platforms, and IT services.

• Oversee incidents and service requests management.

• Diagnose and address Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 incidents.

• Refer issues to specialized teams when necessary.

• Administer and improve environments, covering configurations, deployments, updates, patching, backups, and technical modifications.

• Monitor and enhance performance metrics.

• Analyze logs and conduct capacity planning activities.

• Execute preventive strategies to maintain availability and security.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a demanding environment.

• Proven experience with enterprise clients.

• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and proactive mindset.

• Exceptional written communication abilities.

• Valid work permit is mandatory.

• Familiarity with technologies and environments: Dell, Lenovo, and Huawei servers; Huawei storage; VMware; Systancia WorkPlace.
