This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Install, configure, and manage Microsoft Exchange Server environments.

• Oversee the architecture and various roles associated with Microsoft Exchange Server.

• Provide support for the corporate email infrastructure, ensuring consistent availability and service continuity.

• Implement and manage email security policies, which include authentication, encryption, and access control.

• Integrate Microsoft Exchange with Active Directory, SharePoint, and Office 365.

• Plan, execute, and oversee data backup and recovery strategies for Exchange Server.

• Configure and uphold email retention policies.

• Collaborate with compliance regulations and electronic discovery (e-Discovery) processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology or a related higher education program, along with a postgraduate qualification in Information Technology.

• ITIL Foundation v3 or higher certification, or equivalent documented training.

• Experience in administering and supporting VMware or Hyper-V virtualization infrastructure in large organizations and high-availability settings.

• Proficiency in administering and supporting Windows or Linux operating systems in large organizations and high-availability environments.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Exchange Server.

• Experience with Active Directory.

• Knowledge of Office 365.

• Experience with SharePoint.

• Proficient in Windows Server.

• Experience with VMware or Hyper-V.

• Adequate technical English skills to read documentation and articles, along with basic written communication abilities for opening support tickets with vendors.

• Preferred: at least one of the following certifications: Microsoft Certified: Exchange 365 Messaging Administrator Associate; Microsoft Certified: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals; Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate.
