This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Deliver personalized virtual training sessions, either one-on-one or in small groups, to new health systems administration employees.
• Convey institutional and technical expertise related to health systems administration duties.
• Clarify systems configurations, interdependencies, integrations, support protocols, and operational considerations.
• Showcase procedures for system oversight, maintenance, troubleshooting, upgrades, security measures, and other relevant systems administration tasks.
• Introduce the College, University, and technology partner relationships, including key contacts, escalation protocols, vendors, and support resources.
• Examine existing documentation and pinpoint areas requiring clarification or additional information.
• Create or revise transition documentation, job aids, process guides, system reference materials, and other resources for transition.
• Provide insights into historical system decisions, known issues, recurring challenges, system dependencies, and accumulated institutional knowledge.
• Aid in understanding troubleshooting and escalation processes.
• Respond to inquiries and clarify information as the new employee takes on responsibilities.
• Collaborate with the Associate Dean for Clinical Services and College IT leadership to prioritize knowledge transfer initiatives.
• Undertake other transition and training-related tasks as assigned.
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Final candidates must successfully complete a background check.
• A drug screening or physical examination may be necessary during the post-offer process.
