Informatica Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide support for the application system associated with the USAF Financial platform.

• Develop and implement business intelligence system software across various environments including development, testing, pre-production/integration, and production.

• Design and enhance robust ETL pipelines for data warehouses and universes that serve business needs.

• Create downstream BI semantic layers and ensure Informatica targets are aligned with SAP.

• Streamline Informatica mapping processes to handle high-volume data and facilitate rapid reporting execution.

• Manage Agile development processes, which include Scrum ceremonies and backlog organization.

• Communicate effectively to address and resolve data-related issues.

• Extract or load data into enterprise performance management and budgeting tools such as IBM Planning Analytics (TM1).

• Review and implement changes based on Interface Control Documents.

• Address STIG findings and enforce security hardening as per Department of War standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience with Informatica (PowerCenter).

• At least 5 years of experience with Oracle (SQL, PL/SQL, performance tuning).

• Familiarity with Oracle APEX or comparable low-code platforms for UI/data management.

• Knowledge of Oracle WebLogic Server and HTTP Server (installation, configuration, and patching).

• Advanced skills in database development using Oracle (SQL, PL/SQL).

• Extensive expertise in performance tuning, complex SQL optimization, and indexing techniques.

• Experience managing Agile development processes, including Scrum ceremonies and backlog management.

• Proficient in extracting data from or loading data into IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) or similar enterprise budgeting tools.

• Capability to review Interface Control Documents (ICDs), address STIG findings, and apply Department of War security hardening.
