Influencer/Partnership Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Identify and recruit local influencers, streamers, creators, and community partners across Instagram.

• Develop and sustain a comprehensive database of influencers within the designated market.

• Negotiate partnership agreements, including CPA, Revenue Share, Hybrid, and fixed-fee models.

• Onboard influencers by supplying tracking links, promo codes, landing pages, and marketing assets.

• Oversee daily influencer relationships and the execution of campaigns.

• Monitor campaign performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) such as FTDs, deposits, CPA, ROI, NGR, and player quality.

• Enhance existing partnerships and reactivate underperforming influencers.

• Collaborate with the Marketing, Creative, and Affiliate teams to elevate campaign performance.

• Observe competitor activities and identify emerging influencer trends in the local market.

• Generate regular reports on campaign performance and partnership prospects.

• Ensure all promotional efforts adhere to local advertising regulations and compliance requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in Influencer Marketing, Partnership Management, Affiliate Management, or KOL Management.

• Strong understanding of the local market and influencer landscape.

• Exceptional negotiation and relationship management abilities.

• Commercial mindset with an emphasis on acquisition and performance metrics.

• Proficient in the local market language and possess a good command of English.

• Experience in iGaming, Online Casino, Sportsbook, Crypto Casino, or Affiliate Marketing.

• Knowledge of working with CPA, Revenue Share, and Hybrid partnership models.

• Familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms, promo codes, and landing page optimization.

• Experience launching campaigns in regulated or emerging iGaming markets.
