Influencer/Partnership Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

📋 Description

• Identify and engage with local influencers, streamers, creators, and community partners on Instagram.

• Develop and sustain a robust database of influencers within the designated market.

• Negotiate partnership agreements, including CPA, Revenue Share, Hybrid, and fixed-fee models.

• Onboard influencers by providing them with tracking links, promotional codes, landing pages, and marketing materials.

• Oversee daily influencer relationships and execute campaign strategies.

• Track campaign performance through KPIs such as FTDs, deposits, CPA, ROI, NGR, and player quality.

• Enhance existing partnerships and reactivate underperforming influencers.

• Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, and Affiliate teams to boost campaign performance.

• Keep an eye on competitor activities and recognize emerging influencer trends in the local market.

• Prepare consistent reports detailing campaign performance and partnership opportunities.

• Ensure that all promotional activities adhere to local advertising regulations and compliance standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in Influencer Marketing, Partnership Management, Affiliate Management, or KOL Management.

• In-depth understanding of the local market and influencer ecosystem.

• Exceptional negotiation and relationship management capabilities.

• A commercial mindset concentrating on acquisition and performance metrics.

• Proficient in the local market language and possess a good command of English.

• Background in iGaming, Online Casino, Sportsbook, Crypto Casino, or Affiliate Marketing.

• Experience with CPA, Revenue Share, and Hybrid partnership models.

• Familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms, promotional codes, and landing page optimization.

• Experience launching campaigns in regulated or emerging iGaming markets.
