Influencer Talent Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Assist a Talent Manager with daily operations involving TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube creators.

• Facilitate ongoing communication between talent and brand partners.

• Organize and monitor campaign deliverables and deadlines.

• Investigate emerging trends and identify new creators for signing.

• Acquire brand partnership opportunities.

• Aid in calendar management, scheduling meetings, and internal coordination.

• Observe social media activity for both talent and competitors.

• Engage in team calls and collaborative brainstorming sessions.

• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and creator culture.

• Exceptional communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.

• Comfortable working remotely.

• Self-motivated and detail-focused.

• Enthusiastic about learning how creators develop and monetize their platforms.

• Bonus: experience in social media, marketing, entertainment, or startups.

• Commitment to a minimum of 2 months.

• Availability for a part-time internship lasting between 3 to 12 months.
