This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Oversee creators and their management teams throughout the complete project lifecycle.
• Act as the main contact for launch and marketing matters, extending beyond just the book launch.
• Organize campaigns, marketing calls, integration plans, and announcement and launch schedules.
• Monitor plans and assess campaigns based on pertinent KPIs.
• Prepare for launches, which includes timelines, pre-orders, giveaways, and shop promotions.
• Arrange marketing assets such as teasers, Shorts concepts, product images, briefs, creator boxes, autographed cards, dummy copies, and bonus materials.
• Brief the design team and external creatives, manage revisions, and secure creator approvals.
• Manage the launch budget for each book and independently commission freelancers and materials.
• Collaborate with the programming team to develop new creator concepts.
• Create pitches and proposals and engage in initial meetings with creators and their management teams.
• Maintain active engagement with the creator community at trade shows and events.
• Work closely with production, editorial, and design teams.
• Document agreements and appointments in ClickUp.
• Provide a weekly status report on all ongoing launches.
• Minimum of two years of experience in influencer marketing, creator or talent management, or campaign and project management.
• Experience collaborating with creators and their management teams, including briefings, approvals, scheduling, and follow-ups.
• Hands-on experience with both long-form and short-form content formats.
• Understanding of relevant KPIs: views, watch time, retention, impressions, completion rate, shares, clicks, conversion, and sales per integration.
• Capability to analyze channels regarding target audience, formats, reach, integration quality, and campaign potential.
• Proven experience managing multiple campaigns or launches concurrently while adhering to fixed deadlines.
• Familiarity with disclosure requirements for creator content and regulations regarding giveaways and audiences under 14.
• Proficiency in German at C2 level.
• Strong written and spoken English skills.
• Self-organized approach to remote work.
• Willingness to travel to trade shows and events several times a year.
• Proficient in using ClickUp or a similar tool, a CRM like HubSpot, and Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
• Ability to create polished presentations.
• A network within the creator community is advantageous but not a requirement.
• An affinity for gaming and children's content is a plus.
