Influencer Marketing Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Assist in the formulation of influencer campaign strategies by utilizing data-driven insights to suggest talent, channels, and formats.

• Provide influencer feedback to enhance the creator experience and optimize campaign performance.

• Develop and implement campaigns from the initial brief through talent sourcing, contracting, product fulfillment, and reporting.

• Cultivate and manage influencer relationships while offering tools, guidance, and support.

• Track campaign performance and deliver timely reports, insights, and opportunities for optimization.

• Utilize project management tools to ensure campaigns remain organized, documented, and measurable.

• Update internal and external stakeholders on campaign progress, performance, and forthcoming steps.

• Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams to ensure campaigns align with client objectives and platform capabilities.

• Evaluate campaign execution and suggest enhancements for better outcomes and efficiency.

• Stay updated on industry trends and platform developments, contributing to the team's playbooks.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital campaigns, or client services.

• Experience in an agency or high-growth SaaS environment is preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to perform effectively in a customer-facing role with professionalism and confidence.

• Strong organizational and project management capabilities with a keen attention to detail.

• Excellent skills in relationship-building and communication with both internal and external stakeholders.

• A strong passion for the creator economy, influencer innovation, and emerging social trends.
